MODELS 2025 will take place October 5–10, 2025 at the DeVos Center for Interprofessional Health (DCIH) on Grand Valley State University’s Health Campus in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.

The Health Campus is located along the Medical Mile, just east of downtown.
