About

Traditionally, MODELS hosts a plenary panel on a trending topic, bringing together experts for an in-depth discussion of a particular topic.

Summary

Fostering communication and collaboration between academia and industry could benefit both parties as well as the new generations of software engineers. However, there are numerous difficulties encountered that need to be overcome when initiating and maintaining these collaborations.

In this edition, panelists from both academia and industry will address and discuss the following topic: “How can we better bridge the gap between academia and industry? Success stories and failures”.
